The check-in experience was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. I used the Executive Lounge, and it offered excellent food and drinks. The service provided by all staff members there was first class!
The cloakroom process after my event was quite slow! The queue to collect coats was long.

the location was amazing being close to hyde park. the staff was always willing to help and kind. the executive lounge was quite lovely offering excellent food and drinks!
My room was like it needed some modernizing. A desk drawer wouldn't shut properly. the wardrobe door was oddly placed behind the main door hindering its use. the parking was quite excessive!
