damaged drawer awkward placement
The room i occupied required updating, i noticed a damaged desk drawer. It wouldn't close properly. the placement of the wardrobe door, behind the main door, prevented it from fully opening. the overall condition of the room disappointed me greatly. It was large for central accommodations. i expected more.

excellent room nice lounge duct cleaning
erina at the front desk was excellent and looked after me with the best room. the executive lounge is very nice too. they immediately addressed all my concerns regarding air quality and did a full duct cleaning!!!
the concierge service was not great.

My room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable! the hotel staff were polite and very helpful. i liked the gym. It had enough equipment for a good workout.
the elevator was a bit slow! but the wi-fi was slow. apply, twice.

Really good Service and Elegant Ambiance
smooth check-in excellent food great service
The check-in experience was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. I used the Executive Lounge, and it offered excellent food and drinks. The service provided by all staff members there was first class!
The cloakroom process after my event was quite slow! The queue to collect coats was long.

helpful staff kind staff executive lounge modernizing need wardrobe door excessive parking
the location was amazing being close to hyde park. the staff was always willing to help and kind. the executive lounge was quite lovely offering excellent food and drinks!
My room reminded me of it needed some modernizing. A desk drawer wouldn't shut properly. the wardrobe door was oddly placed behind the main door hindering its use. the parking was quite excessive!

excellent staff amazing attention warm dedication homely feeling
i must say, the staff at this place is excellent. from the front desk to the executive lounge, the attention to detail was amazing. their warmth and dedication to fulfilling every need. it really made it difficult to leave!!!
i did notice the executive lounge was sometimes crowded during peak hours.
